We offer training on Prevention of Sexual Harassment at the Workplace (POSH), leadership development, and family life education for corporate organizations and other groups. We also provide specialized training for day-care centres on preschool curricula and effective ways of engaging with children.
The Geriatric Care Providers’ Training programme, launched in September 2015, is a three-month programme aimed at providing school dropouts with basic training in health and home care. It creates opportunities for participants to work in hospitals, senior citizens’ homes, home nursing and other related settings.
We also conduct customized, issue-based workshops according to the needs of organizations and groups. Capacity-building training and technical support are provided to staff, secretaries and honorary officers on good practices, accountability and NGO operations. These sessions are designed not only to build understanding of procedures, systems and processes, but also to develop inputs and action plans for advocacy work and programme development.
